Those who wish to archive the work of Vito Bongiorno in their possession, must proceed to send:
– n. 2 colour prints (24x18 cm format) of the front of the work
– n . 1 colour print (format 24×18 cm) of the back of the work
– n. 1 high resolution digital photograph (300 dpi, 12 cm base, “tiff” format)
of the front and back of the work or 1 colour photo, 12x10 cm,
of the front and 1 colour photo, 12x10 cm, of the back of the work
– the completed and signed work sheet. *
A cost is established to support the operation of the Archive, for archiving and certification. The operational secretariat of the Archive will contact the applicant to indicate the amount of archiving and certification costs.
The documentation sent to the Archive will be examined and, if the requirements are met, the work to which it refers will receive an archive number.
The documentation sent to the Archive, in compliance with the regulations in force to protect the confidentiality of personal data, may be used by the Archive itself in carrying out its activities to promote nationally and internationally the knowledge and protection of the figure and art of Vito Bongiorno.
The Archive, if the documentation of the work sent is not sufficient to verify the existence of the requirements for archiving, may request direct viewing of the work at the headquarters of its organizational secretariat or at another location communicated by the Archive itself.
If the work is not considered by the Archive to possess the requirements for archiving, the owner will be notified; if the work is not considered authentic, the archive will notify the competent authorities, to protect the figure and art of Vito Bongiorno. The documentation sent to the Archive will not be returned.
